White Dove Wellness with Christa came to be through a very natural progression of my own healing and personal transformation. I have actively sought and applied, to my own well-being, the holistic modalities and self-care strategies that I’ve found most effective for lasting change. This practice is a culmination of my personal growth experience, the transformation of deep pain into profound peace, and the desire to share the approach that worked for me with others who could benefit from it too. The integration of faith, Reiki, hypnotherapy, and sound healing within my own healing journey, were a beautiful symphony of modalities and tools that fostered tremendous change and brought me back to the natural joy and peace I was longing for, and looking for outside of myself for so many years. My aim is to show others that the test can become the testimony, the mess can become the message, and the pain can absolutely become the purpose. You can feel good again!
