A 50% non-refundable deposit reserves your space. Payment plans are available.

Reservation & Cancellation Policy

To reserve your space, a non-refundable deposit equal to 50% of your retreat investment is required.

Because accommodations, meals, staffing, and venue expenses are secured well in advance, this deposit is non-refundable.

If you cancel:

• More than 60 days before the retreat: Any balance paid beyond your deposit will be refunded.
• 30–59 days before the retreat: Fifty percent of any balance paid beyond your deposit will be refunded.
• Within 21 days of the retreat: No refunds will be issued.

If your space can be filled from the waitlist, White Dove Wellness may, at its discretion, offer a credit toward a future retreat. Travel insurance is strongly encouraged.
